Together, we can build a region where everyone has access to resources and opportunities. To do this, we need to understand all people’s experiences. What are people's experiences with safety in Dubuque neighborhoods? What is working? What are opportunities for improvement?

What Is the Outcome? 

Your input will help create the Community Equity Profile, which will inform initiatives and policies that foster a region where everyone can thrive. 

Each month, you will have a chance to participate in conversations about different topics, including education, workforce and arts and culture.
