About Us
Currently, Farley residents access library services through a contract with the Dubuque County Library District, with materials housed in the Farley Municipal Building.
While this arrangement has served us well, our community has grown and evolved. Space limitations restrict our ability to expand collections and programming to meet our community's needs.
That's why we're excited to announce a transformative opportunity: we've secured a building and land adjoining Westside Park that will allow us to triple our book collection & dramatically expand our program offerings.
This strategic acquisition, made possible through the combined support of Dubuque County Supervisors, the City of Farley, and private donors, positions us to create something extraordinary for our community.

Mission
To enrich people's lives by providing current resources, programs, education, and entertainment for the entire community.
