The Dubuque region is home to many organizations and businesses committed to addressing critical community challenges.
However, many cannot acceess or are ineligible for traditional financing.
Our Community Investment Fund helps fill the financing gap for changemakers whose solutions are not met by traditional funding streams, such as bank loans or goverrnment grants.
How It Works
Our Community Investment Fund is rooted in community philanthropy and expands opportunities for impact beyond traditional giving.
It’s designed to re-invest capital into project after project – forever – ensuring each dollar is a catalyst for generational impact: measurable, regenerative and rooted in community priorities.
Generous community members can give to the fund, which, in turn, can be used to make revolving, low-interest loans. This funding supports efforts that address pressing local issues and can potentially be scaled across Eastern Iowa.
