Great Give Day Returns Wednesday, May 20, 2026!

Last year, the Community Foundation and our eight affiliates raised over $630,000 for nonprofits across the seven-county Dubuque region, smashing the previous Great Give Day record of $450,000.

This year, we aim to break $650,000, and we need your support to do it. On May 20, go to greatgiveday.org and give to over 200 nonprofits that serve local communities. Also, check the prize schedule to see when your gifts can help organizations win bonus dollars.

Early giving opens May 1. This is a great time to think about making a Great Give Day gift from your donor-advised fund or a non-cash donation, such as a gift of stock, a gift of grain, or an IRA rollover charitable contribution. Contact us to discuss your options for Great Give Day or any day.
