Our Initiatives
A shared vision for the region.
We take action to make a difference in people’s lives.
Impacting Dubuque’s future.
We listen closely to learn about the Dubuque region — from its strengths to opportunities for change. Then, we bring together people with many roles and backgrounds around a shared vision for the region and facilitate initiatives that have a lasting impact.

"Community means a sense of belonging and looking out for one another. A perfect example of this is when the Community Foundation and organizations like ours partner to support one another for the benefit of everyone."
We lead and grow initiatives that improve lives across our region.
