An initiative of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque
We work to identify and break down barriers to economic opportunity and interrupt the cycle of poverty.
By reshaping the systems that provide pathways to economic opportunity — including education, employment, housing, health care and social services — and increasing access to financial institutions, we foster thriving, connected communities that are integral parts of a strong Dubuque region.Download our one-pager

“Everything that we need to fix inequities within the system is at our disposal. These are not issues that only a few must work on, but rather issues that the collective must be accountable for addressing together.”
