An initiative of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque

Project HOPE

Here for you. Alex Baum Director of Advocacy, Data and Learning alex@dbqfoundation.org 563-588-2700

We work to identify and break down barriers to economic opportunity and interrupt the cycle of poverty.

By reshaping the systems that provide pathways to economic opportunity — including education, employment, housing, health care and social services — and increasing access to financial institutions, we foster thriving, connected communities that are integral parts of a strong Dubuque region.
