Engaging Newcomers Toolkit released for boards, councils, nonprofits

A new toolkit for engaging millennials and newcomers has been created with support from an Iowa Council of Foundation Connect Grant. It combines information gathered from an Upper Mississippi Under Forty Young Professionals survey with material presented at the Welcome Home Summit held in Edgewood this May.

"We hope that this piece will be helpful to city councils, chambers, church councils, and nonprofit groups as they work to strengthen their organizations and welcome young people," says Emily Sadewasser, coordinator of the Clayton County Foundation for the Future.

The toolkit is being distributed throughout Clayton County and is available for download here
