Let’s Build FOREVER Together: Chad and Laura Chandlee

When Chad and Laura Chandlee think about future of their community, they think about the things that enabled them to grow and thrive.

"We were able to do well here, we want our kids to do well here, and we want others to do well here," says Chad.

Chad and Laura  work to make that future a reality through volunteer work and charitable giving that benefits children and youth. That includes giving to the Forever Fund, a tool created by the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque to ensure Dubuque has the resources to transform the ideas we dream into lasting impact.

"There's no way for us to know what the needs of the community are going to be in 100 years," Chad says. “But what we do know is that there's going to be needs. We need to build this fund so it can be self-sustaining and can provide good financial assistance for whatever comes to this community.”
