Molly Moser

Affiliate Communications Manager

“The most valuable asset we all have is our time; the most important choice we make each day is how we spend it.”

Molly helps promote the good work of our eight affiliate foundations, sharing stories of their impact and providing communications support for donors, grantees and nonprofit partners, as well as supporting affiliate staff and boards in Allamakee and Clayton Counties.

Her role at the Community Foundation feels like a natural fit following six years spent writing for the newspaper in her rural hometown and managing a small nonprofit arts organization. Firsthand experience as an engaged community member and a nonprofit leader helps Molly support the communications needs of the Foundation's many diverse partners.

She is inspired by the work her colleagues do to make our community better, and is proud to be able to contribute to that positive impact by sharing their stories. The best part of her job is visiting grantees to learn about their successful projects.

Molly enjoys spending time with her family, making art and traveling. She and her husband have a toddler named Sebastian, who loves going on adventures with his parents: to outdoor concerts, on bike rides, swimming and hiking.
